Delivery (shipping) policy

Digital delivery only

Larkgrass is an online service for Google Shopping product feeds. Nothing physical is shipped, so there are no shipping charges, carriers or delivery addresses.

What you receive and how

• A payment receipt by email, to the address you entered at checkout, once Razorpay confirms the payment.
• The setup steps on the setup page straight after payment: install the Shopify app and connect Google Merchant Center.
• Feed Fix: the list of proposed fixes to approve, then the before-and-after report, both online and by email.
• Guard and Guard Pro: the automatic re-scans, the alert emails and the weekly report, by email and online. A receipt by email after every renewal, with the cancel link.

If an email doesn’t arrive

Check your spam folder first, then write to [email protected] with the order id from your receipt or the email you paid with.
