What the free scan does with your data

The free scan runs in your browser. If you enter a store URL, the request for your public product catalog passes through our proxy so the browser can read it. We do not store the catalog, the results or the URL, and nothing is emailed to anyone. The downloadable report is built in your browser. Uploaded feed files never leave your browser.

What the contact form collects

The contact form asks for your email and your question, and optionally your name. We use this only to answer you. Submissions are delivered to us through Web3Forms, a form delivery provider.

Payments and order records

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card number. Razorpay’s own privacy policy applies to the checkout. When you pay we keep an order record with your email address, your store URL, the plan, the amount, the Razorpay order and payment ids, and the consents you ticked at checkout, so we can deliver the service, send your receipt and handle refunds. Receipts and service emails are sent through Resend, an email delivery provider.

Access to your store

If you subscribe, you grant us access to your Shopify store and Merchant Center by installing the Larkgrass Shopify app and connecting your Google account. We ask for the least access needed, use it only to fix and monitor your product feed, and you can revoke it at any time by uninstalling the app or removing the Google connection.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts.
