How does billing work?

Guard and Guard Pro are subscriptions through Razorpay, charged in USD. Feed Guard renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. Cancel anytime from any email or at support@larkgrass.com. You get a receipt by email after every charge, and a reminder a few days before a yearly renewal. Feed Fix and Feed Fix Large are a single payment. There is no setup fee and no contract.

What does the yearly discount mean?

You pay for 10 months and get 12: Guard $190 a year instead of $19 a month, Guard Pro $290 a year instead of $29 a month. Yearly Guard Pro also includes Feed Fix.

I bought Feed Fix. Does it count toward a plan?

Buy Feed Fix first and start a monthly Feed Guard plan within 30 days: the first month is credited, so the first charge comes a month later. Yearly Guard Pro includes Feed Fix.

How do I cancel Feed Guard?

Click the cancel link in any Feed Guard email, request a new cancel link on the contact page, or write to support@larkgrass.com. Feed Guard renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. Cancel anytime from any email or at support@larkgrass.com. Cancelling stops your next charge, and your service continues until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund partial months or years. No contract and no setup fee.

What happens if a renewal payment fails?

Razorpay retries the charge over the following days and we email you each time. If every retry fails the subscription is paused, nothing further is charged, and the re-scans, alerts and reports pause until the payment method is updated. Write to support@larkgrass.com and we send a link to update it.

What is the founding offer?

Accepted Answer

The first 50 stores get Guard Pro for $19/mo instead of $29/mo, for 12 months. Guard Pro is then $19 a month for 12 months, billed monthly; after that the regular $29 a month or $290 a year if you re-subscribe. Nothing is asked in return. The founding prices apply at checkout while this offer is shown on the pricing page.

When is Feed Fix $149 instead of $79?

Feed Fix covers stores with up to 1,000 products. Feed Fix Large is $149 for 1,001 to 5,000 products. The price is set by your product count, which the free scan shows before you pay anything.

What if my store has more than 5,000 products?

Guard covers up to 1,000 products and Guard Pro up to 5,000. Above that there is no plan or price on the site yet: Over 5,000 products? Contact us. Send your store URL through the contact form and we reply by email.

Question 9

What is the difference between Guard and Guard Pro?

Guard re-scans your feed weekly, emails you when a new error appears, proposes simple fixes that are applied only after you approve them, and emails a weekly report, for up to 1,000 products. Guard Pro re-scans daily, applies every fix we have after you approve, adds a monthly optimisation pass (cleaner titles, missing attributes and product types, GTINs filled only from valid data already in your products) and covers up to 5,000 products. Items marked “Coming soon” on a card are on the roadmap and not included until they ship. Every applied change can be rolled back for 30 days.

Can I undo a change?

Yes, within 30 days. Every applied change is logged with its previous value and can be rolled back within 30 days of being applied: reply to your report email or write to support@larkgrass.com with the change id. After 30 days the rollback option closes for that change. Changes can be rolled back one at a time or as a whole batch. There is no self-serve undo page on this site yet.

What's your refund policy?

If our changes didn't clear the supported issues from your scan, email support@larkgrass.com within 14 days of your before-and-after report and we'll refund your Feed Fix fee in full. This covers our work only, not Google's decisions or later changes to your store. Feed Guard plans renew automatically; cancelling stops the next charge and the service runs to the end of the paid period, with no partial-period refunds. The Feed Fix work included in a founding-offer or yearly plan is non-refundable once applied, unless our work was faulty or didn't match what we described. UK and EU consumers also have a 14-day right to cancel. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. Refunds are issued in full to the card or method you paid with, through Razorpay. Razorpay's documentation says a refund can take 5 to 10 days for cards and up to 7 to 10 business days to show on your statement, depending on your bank.

How does this compare with a freelancer or a managed service?

A freelancer usually charges about $100–200 for a one-off cleanup, with no rollback and no monitoring afterwards. Managed feed services start from $499 a month on a contract. Feed Fix is $79 one-time with every change logged, and Guard keeps the feed clean from $19 a month with no contract.

Do you promise approvals?

No. We fix the issues and your report tells you how to request a review in Merchant Center. Google makes the final decision. We show you exactly what we changed, and we do not offer an account reinstatement service.
